Returns Policy

We always want you to have clean and pure water, but we know this is not always the case. Maybe is just not what you expected, maybe you ordered wrong, or it got damaged on its way to you. Whatever the reason, it's really important to us. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know and we will do our best to keep you happy!

Conditions of return:

  • Items can only be returned once authorised by FilterMyWater after you follow the procedure below.
  • Returns must be new and in their original packaging, as we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.
  • Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order of any discrepancies or damaged products. We'll then be able to get the process rolling on our fast-free returns process for you.
  • Goods that are received damaged or faulty will be repaired (if applicable), replaced or refunded once assessed by a FilterMyWater team member. 
  • We don't charge a re-stocking or processing fee for approved returns.*
  • Return request must be within 14 days of purchase and returns must be received within 7 days of return request approval with an RMA number.
  • We do not accept returns on any water filter systems, mixer & filter taps, bubblers and coolers. So please choose wisely.
  • The customer is responsible for any freight charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a return label.
  • Once a return has been approved, refund will be processed within 14 days to customers original payment method.
